简单的来说，就是给每个可以下棋的位置赋值与评价等级。根据不同的棋形，进行评估等级（比如：五连就是第一等级、活四是第二等级，双三是第三等级，活三是第四等级）
凭此技术，DDQK-CONQUER荣获了RT五子棋大赛冠军！
DDQK-CONQUER uses Value Network technology.
